This page explains what LearnKitty collects when you join our waitlist, and what we do with it. In short: we collect very little, we use it only to tell you about LearnKitty, and we never sell it.
Who we are
LearnKitty is a Brisbane start-up run by Captivate Digital Pty Ltd (ABN 89 667 151 886). We follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Whether you're a learner, about to get your Ls, or a parent or carer.
- Your age group (16, 17, or 18 or older) and your postcode.
- Which ad or link brought you here, if there was one.
We don't ask for your name, phone number or address. We don't use tracking cookies on this site. You need to be 16 or over to join the waitlist yourself.
Why we collect it
- To email you about LearnKitty's launch and the Brisbane pilot.
- To understand how much interest there is, and in which areas.
We won't use your details for anything else, and every email we send has a way to unsubscribe.
Who we share it with
No one. We don't sell, rent or give your details to brands or anyone else. Your details are stored in our Google Workspace account, and Google may store data on servers outside Australia.
Seeing, changing or deleting your details
Email hello@learnkitty.com.au and we'll show you what we hold, fix it, or delete it.
